Bern was our docent, and one of two drivers. Chiara took two of us, since each golf cart could only accomodate 5 people, not all six of us taking the tour.

FEBRUARY - SACRAMENTO CAR MUSEUM
A small group of us braved the wet and stormy conditions of the day to visit this museum, which is a treasure that is rightfully considered one of the top attractions of Sacramento. Our tour began with an explanation of the museum displays by a volunteer docent, after which we all strolled through the exhibits at our own pace. We’d given ourselves two hours to tour the Museum, which was plenty of time to take in the permanent and temporary exhibits. Before departing for lunch, we gathered at the entrance tables and enjoyed a bit of relaxation while those of us with quarters in change played tunes from the jukebox which was set up for the entertainment of visitors. Lunch took place at nearby Sellands Restaurant, and the Board held it’s first meeting of the year.
